Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing this website or registering for an Atma Musica retreat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Retreat Registration

 

Your retreat reservation is confirmed once your registration has been received and payment has been successfully processed. All bookings are subject to availability.

​

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details, payment confirmation (where applicable), and the next steps for preparing for the retreat.

​

 

Payments

 

Retreat payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Any remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid according to the booking information provided after registration.

​

 

Cancellation & Refunds

 

Your place is confirmed upon receipt of a €300 deposit.

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following policy applies:

• Until August 1: Full refund minus a €50 administration fee

• From August 1 to September 30: 50% refund

• From October 1 onwards: No refunds are available

If you have any questions regarding cancellations or your booking, please contact us at info@atmamusica.com before completing your registration.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.

Travel & Accommodation

 

Participants are responsible for arranging transportation, passports, visas, travel insurance, and any personal travel requirements unless otherwise stated.

Travel Insurance

​

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and travel disruptions.

​

Atma Musica is not responsible for costs resulting from travel delays, cancellations, or unforeseen events outside our control.

​

 

Health & Personal Responsibility

 

By participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to attend the retreat. You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or other information relevant to your participation.

​

 

Changes to the Retreat

 

Atma Musica reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, facilitators, accommodations, or activities if necessary.

 

Where significant changes occur, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

​

 

Limitation of Liability

​

Participation in the retreat is voluntary.

​

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atma Musica shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, or expense arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, branding, and other materials, remains the property of Atma Musica unless otherwise stated. No content may be reproduced without prior written permission.

Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If required, this section may be updated to reflect the appropriate governing jurisdiction.
